My Next Set of wheels... Mugen RNR's
Added the Function and Form Version 1 Type 2's...
I Found a very slight bend on one of my RNR's that I guess I didn’t notice when I purchased them so I decided to sell them and buy brand new RPF1's...
After 3 months of owning the Enkei's I decided I wanted to get ahold of some Diamond Black RE30's, bought them brand new.
Three Months passes after owning the RE's... I found a great deal on 5 Lug suspension so I sold both the Enkei's and the Volks and picked up the USDM 5 Lug.
A couple of months later I sourced some Black SRD's.
I had been rocking the ITR wheels for a few months at this point and one day my good friend Tuan - HT SN - 6SPD_EJ6 found me some 5 Lug 15 Inch +43 Matte Black Volk CE28's... The following day I made the Journey to go pick them up. (Thanks to my Girl Friend and Dad for fronting me the money to get them when I didn't have it.)
The Day I picked them up.
First Pictures with them on the car. (most recent look.)
Just a couple of Random pictures

The Tear Down Begins.
Optional Console out
Back of the Roof… Rust
Driver Side Quarter Panel
No Idea what happened here, was like this when I got the car.
Most of the rock chips were there before I got the car.
Right of the door handle… a spot from where it was keyed.
Under the Electrical Tape is Rust. Something the previous owner did… Didn’t want to remove it and potentially make it worse.
This Panel was dry sprayed badly.
Rear Bumper doesn’t Line up.
Tail Gate doesn’t Line Up.
Spider Cracks in the Rear Bumper… This was my fault LOL, Backed into my Girlfriends Dads Car.
Ding and scratch that has been there since I’ve owned the Car.
One of the spots from when the car was Keyed
Another small spot that has been there since I’ve owned it… The Wiper did this damage.
More Rock Chips.
Few more things out.
The SRD’s are in the House LOL.
Took the Muffler off, This was the first time I’ve heard my car without the World Sport
Take a Look at that Date… The 21st of November 2007. All OEM Parts - Front Bumper, Side Moldings, Roof Rails, and the Side Windshield Moldings
OEM Front Bumper
The Same Night…This is after the body guy got ahold of the car… Had to see how bad the rust really was. It was hard to watch someone that I had only known for 5 minutes do this to my car, granted I’ve known my painter for about 3 years, he assured me that Scott (the body guy) was the best man for the job... He took a knife and dug through each piece of rust that was on the car
Back of the Roof.
From when the Car was Keyed, above the driver door
Picked the car up from the body shop and dropped it off at my Painter's shop
No more dings
Tailgate lines up much Better.
Metal welded in… No more rust here.
Rust gone here too.
Some More Progress. Removed the headlights and everything on the radiator support so my painter could prep it. The inner fenders will be painted as well.
When my painter removed the rear bumper he discovered a Hideaway key box with my Original Honda Key... Pretty Crazy… I’ve had the car over 3 years and NEVER knew it was there LOL.
Ding no longer present
Bought a Brand New Hood From Honda (Thanks to my boy Mr. 6SPD_EJ6 for the Discount and help)
The Doors are off and some tape and paper work was done... A tad bit of painting too!!!
Taped up and ready to go.
Radiator Support and Inner Fenders are also ready… Poof… and no more B16.
The inside of the doors will be painted as well.
The Color that is laid down on the hood in the following two pictures is Formula Red... Had too much orange in it for my taste (Hard to Tell From the Pictures)... Since then I've decided to change it up a bit.
The Car is Getting Close.
Some More Paint Work.
After I saw how Formula Red laid down, not being the exact color I had hoped for, I decided to just match the color that was on my car... The car ended up being a color called Rio Red (1997 Ford Mustang Cobra Color) according to the Spies Hecker camera. The Spies Hecker gave my painter the strongest and most accurate reading it could give at a .4, so once I saw how badly the Formula Red came out (Too Orangey for my taste) I decided just to play it safe and match the color that I had grown accustomed to in the 3 years and some change that I have owned the car. (The Flash altered the color a bit in these next few pics)
Jams Painted and DAMN do they Look Good.
Driver Side Door Jam
The Paint on the Door and Quarter Panel in this picture is still the existing paint, the Rocker Panels (Pieces under the Side Shirt) have been re-painted, thats what picture 113 and 114 are showing.
The Correct color (Rio Red) on the Back of the Hood in this Picture. Its very dusty though.
Front Bumper taped up and almost ready to go
LOL, Joel Cooper, the painter… Lovin on my bumper.
Rear Bumper Sanded and almost ready.
Side Moldings… First time out of the Packaging Lol.
Fender Side Moldings
The Back Side of the Tailgate is now painted but no pics with the fresh paint because it was taped up.
Rear Jam taped up, just a little bit more cleaning back here and it’ll be ready for paint.
